Western Inn - Gonzales

It was horrible . We paid but did not stay . I would rather sleep in my car ! Dirty had bugs, stank, locks would not work . Should have no stars

Over all the experience was horrible the television would not operate the bathroom tub was dirty, the floor was dirty and the room stunk.

Close to final destination.

The bathroom walls were moldy, and the towels were small, and felt rough.

The staff not friendly. We checked out a day early do we any refund

Upon checking in staff pointed to a sign on a window that stated ¿we do not accept bookings from anyone with a local address.¿ Meaning they do not accept bookings from anyone within Ascension parish:Donaldsonville, Gonzales, Dutchtown, etc.

The room stunk like cigarette smoke. So bad that I had to go purchase a spray to make it tolerable.

The location was great

You could hear every footstep in the room and hallway. Bathroom was very cramped. The drywall inside of bathroom wasn't finished. Trim wasn't finished just left halfway done then painted.

Phenomenal staff in seeing that I am comfy an cozy through out my stay . Great rooms at affordable price that is conveniently located through out my travels.

I have a question ,why is this hotel u derated? Western Inn deserves stars for there service.

I love the customer service, clean rooms,convenient shopping area,fit perfectly for my travels and the rates are great.

There is nothing to complain about Western Inn.

No there was not . I Actually love the location it is at very coinvient.I think they deserve a star ¿¿ for there undersratings.

Location and convenience

Coming in late from work and people hang your their rooms making noise. Trash outside in cans always overflowed. No security lock on door. Only one ice machine and barely working. Staff very unpleasant. No help for anything.

The price

Our toilet did not work! When I went to the office to report the problem, the lady in the office gave me a plunger and said maintenance didn't come in until 9. We ended up checking out early.

The pillow I brought from home.

I could have overlooked the burnt microwave, dirty handtowel under fridge, and paint on bathroom floor. I can not overlook hair in tub, on shower wall, and on toilet. I also didn't like visible dirt on bathroom floor. Dead June bug in corner.

It was convenient to get to everything

The beds where hard as can be and the pillows where soooo thin

The guy at counter was nice but was chewing on a floss pick as he waited on people. Gross

cheap and close to highway

the sheet was dirty with blood stains. We have to ask to change room, luckily they have spare room.

The location and the AC

The room was disgusting. I didn't expect a extravagant place, but I did expect it to be clean. I was transferred to 2 different rooms & they were both nasty. Looked like blood was on the bed and the toilet was not clean. They would not give my money back.
