Not really. I thought one worker behind the desk could have been much friendlier and respond to a relevant comment I made about checking out. I only commented because she looked down at her watch. But it didn’t ruin my experience.

The location was the best amenity of this hotel.

The room freaked of smoke & the bathroom door was ajar and would not close.

The staff! They are excellent from check-in to the couple that cleans the rooms is awesome. They are all courteous, helpful and considerate they go above and beyond. This is my go hotel when I'm in the area. The rooms are comfortable and clean...

I loved the bed and air conditioner

It was a horrible experience!! We paid $--- a night for an awful room!! The ironing board was broken, the shower curtain was torn, the clothes hanging rack was broken, the TV was not working!! WANT A REFUND!! All other hotels were booked!!

Amenities claimed to have pool, upon arrive pool had been demolished and we were not informed. Hotel stated to be smoking free, when entering our room our room smelled like nothing but cigarettes. Staff was unorganized. Entire hotel smelled.

The bed was more on the firm side which I absolutely loved! I had the best night sleep here. The room was spacious and clean. The bathtub was chipped by the drain but the shower pressure was amazing. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel

The lady who check me in was very nice and helpful.

The hallway and room smell with smoke. There was no breakfast of any kind.

A housekeeper stole food from my table and fridge. I owuld gladly have given it to her.

Our room had a big red stain on the floor and the bathtub was not clean. Front desk staff was nice, however, most of the night she was taking smoke breaks with only her socks on.

party went on till 3;oo am. people making out in the hall and people in the parking lot smoking god knows what. had to change rooms 2 times toilet did not work, not real clean.

Overall it wasclean and felt safe.

The bed was a little hard. And the bathroom floor was sticky. And someone had used the toilet and not flushed.

Quietness in hotel, when got more things , they ask do you need anything else. Staff was very polite and knew what they was doing.

Only one entrance. Don't know how you get out on an emergency. The price could have been a little cheaper. Would love to spend another night, but the price was too high.

Not one thing. Left messages for managers to call me and no return phone call. Was there for business. Room was filthy was shrimp head under sofa and soap scum left in tub. No face towels. Second night was downgraded a room. Not sufficient
