La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Gonzales LA

Sink was clogged, walls were patched and missing paint, stains on curtains. Room was not attended to by housekeeping.

The staff was very friendly and nice. I enjoyed the breakfast and the swimming pool.

I was not happy about the fitness room under construction.

The friendly staff. At the time they had the guest rerouted from the front of the hotel because of a collapsed roof, but it wasn't so bad to get where we needed to go.

The location was an hour away from where I was going, but I did take a discounted price. The problem was I needed to have handicapped options.

Looked like it was in need of a remodel,some things didn¿t work correctly,looked like it needed a good cleaning.staff was nice Looks like the owner¿s didn¿t have the funds to go with the La Quinta image. Disappointed,will try another hotel

The staff was incredibly nice.

This hotel was DIRTY. There were spills on the elevator floor that were never cleaned up. The floor in our hotel room was sticky. The air conditioning didn¿t work properly. We will definitely not stay here again.

Breakfast was limited and once they ran out of sausage egg & cheese biscuits they didnt restock them.

The front desk employee was quick to help us find a new room in which the tv worked. It took three different rooms before we could find one that worked.

Hallway and hotel room floors had small pieces of garbage and loose change throughout. Shower curtain was torn. Two rooms had inoperable TVs. Pool was working, but pool area and furniture needed to be cleaned.

The location and the lady who checked us in were great.

Not a 2½ star hotel; more like a 1½ star. Room was small, smelled like cigarette smoke and a roach was crawling on the wall. My husband uses a BiPap machine and the smell was too much. 3 nights, in another room, was enough and won’t stay at LaQuinta a

It was very clean and loctated it a great location form the Tanger Outlet Mall and LOTS of places to eat within walking distance.

The area next to everything like stores outlet malls and stations.

Nope we were satisfied.

Staff was very friendly. And the quality of the hotel is what I expect when I stay at a La Quinta Inn. Loved the location!

The parking is very odd shaped.

The staff was great front desk I cannot remember her name but she was awesome. Definitely will go back.
