The room advertised on line was not was not was offered during stay, 2nd room was not any better, no curtain that closed, phone didn't work, internet was very poor, tv also didn't connect. At the price I pai, simple issues weren't available

The room, staff, pool and breakfast

Front desk staff was amazing. Breakfast had a good variety. Hotel was clean and inviting. The room was large and had several sleeping options. As well as a good deal setup.

House keeping came in my room without knocking at 9am. I had not checked out yet.

Large room slept 5.

No hot tub and pool was closed.

The bathroom was dirty amenities needed to be refilled in the shower. Breakfast was horrible.

The room was a decent size.

My room door didn't lock. The water pressure was terrible. The food at breakfast was cold and unappetizing but the milk was room temperature. Would not stay here again.

They never cleaned my room had to ask for towels

Location was excellent. Rooms had plenty of space and beds were very comfortable.

The bar was not open on the weekend. They had an unusual $20 a day incidental policy even though they had my company card on file. Staff was not always readily available.

Extremely clean and modern. Staff was welcoming. Great location.

Only one washer and dryer and someone left their laundry in the dryer for hours. Do to this I had to hang dry my clothes.

The room was really modern clean. The hotel was quite, peaceful great location.

The layout out of the room and also it's comfy mattress.

The breakfast brown bag selection needs to offer a biscuit not eveyone like bagels.

The staff was very rude! I frequent hotels and this was the worst customer service ever!! I will never stay there again! .. the toilet was dirty, mirrors had smudges and the sheets had stains on them! When asked for new bedding, was told maybe tomorrow!

Of course the price was unbeatable for the location. The decor and design of the hotel were beautiful. The staff was very polite and helpful.

Although the design and decor of the room were very beautiful the shower stall seemed cramped. There was an old faucet that had been clamped off still visible. In the living space there was a vent they blew hot/warm air while the AC was on.

The cleanliness, modernity, and large size of the rooms and bathrooms and also having a separate living area space.

The pool was closed due to COVID-19.

The location and newness for the area..

You made that cleaned room was not too friendly... probably stress of COVID-19...

Friendly, excellent customer service, greatlocation (restaurants, close proximity to highways, etc.)

I could hear the guests above me walking in their room for hours on end. I almost asked to be moved to another room, but stuck it out. If I ever stay there again, I will stay on the top floor.

We did have a roach in the room. Floor was a little dusty.

The location and staff. They were able to accommodate us on short notice due to a power outage in our subdivision.

Unfortunately the room was in deplorable condition. There were stains in the carpet, on the bedskirt, the couch. The bathroom floors and baseboards were full of dirt and dust. We have stayed here before and it was not like this. I spoke to the manager.

The overall experience. The staff was friendly, accommodating and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Springhill Suites is now our ˜Go to hotel choice.

Close to restaurants and shopping. Newer hotel. Very clean. Loved the modern bathroom and shower configuration.
