My stay. Lights went out couple hours after I got there. Hotel was noisy. You could hear guest talking in next room

Only one elevator was working breakfast was horrible waffle iron kept sticking couldn¿t make good pancakes lady said she didn¿t spray on the waffle maker. Everything was cold and imitation I had a box of milk and a package muffin we left at 9.

Yes when I was checking out that morning I didn’t like the attitude that the clerk had that morning when we was checking out bad attitude.

This hotel was SO NICE! For the price, you literally could not beat it. My husband and I stayed 2 nights, we were so comfortable, the room was super clean, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast the next day was delicious! 10/10 would go again!

Cleanliness and homemade waffles

The tv did not work at all. I let front desk know that night so they could fix before next guest. Phone in room did not work either so I had to go to front desk at 10 pm to let them know about tv and also to get more towels. Only 2 towels for 4 people

Everything was nice, nothing majorly great that stood out but I would not mind going back. The room was nice and we had the perfect amount of room for what we needed.

The breakfast was lacking. The staff seemed to be short staffed so the front desk worker had to do everything alone which caused a huge back up in the breakfast area. That meant many items had to be waited on (over 10 minutes) with that being said the only thing we could get ourselves were the waffles; with only ONE waffle makers the line was 10 people long.

The staff was professional and friendly we always use Marriott because the cleaness of the rooms and your staff is top notch

When checking in, I was charged a secondary charge. Even after Booking.com, had already billed my card. But the hardworking staff at the hotel, got it straight, and I was fully reimbursed.

The look and location are the reasons I picked this place.

I asked for a 1st floor room and when I arrived, there were 3 new TVs in that room. I had a fractured collar bone and needed access to the first floor with my contraption. I was moved instead of the TVs. The 2nd room was worse. Bathroom door was broken. It wouldn’t stay ajar and/or wouldn’t close all the way. No privacy for anyone. Shower was dirty. Furniture structure which holds the tv and desk was broken and hanging loose. No lighting in THAT back wall area. No bedding for the sofa bed. Breakfast area was unattended and staff was rude even asked for help. Bad attitudes and lack of concern from the staff. This app wont let me send pics.

How nice the front desk clerk was.

The bed. It was so uncomfortable. Your hotel needs to replace the mattress on the bed. We had a king size bed and it was terrible. We couldn’t get comfortable. Please replace the mattress and get something comfortable. This mess up our whole weekend stay…..
