Bed wasn?t the most comfortable for me.

That the pool was broken that was the main reason was to go swimming

All the staff were very accommodation. I asked the next day if my room could be moved to the back side of the hotel. The staff were very helpful and pleasant to make that change. Provide more fruit selection like red grapes...

The hotel is located on the Hwy. Cars & truck noises are loud if you are in a room towards the Hwy direction. The breakfast should offer a simple egg selection of a scrambled, hard-boiled or fried. The eggs with cheese & hash could be a separate option.

The room was very clean !!! The housekeeping staff was friendly & smiling so as the night front desk gentleman!

The check in & out staff was very uptight no smiles not welcoming at all & my card was charged for the room & tax when I booked a ¿ Pre Paid¿ reservation I was gonna give the staff a low score because of front desk wasn¿t friendly! My card was refunded I

Parking lot area not well maintained. Also it is listed that smoking is prohibited on the property but there were people outside the front door smoking and you had to walk right through the smoke to get into the hotel.

This was by far the cleanest hotel I have stayed in. Not only did it look clean, it smelled clean. The staff were also extremely helpful and courteous.

Space in bathroom, fridge and microwave

This hotel is gorgeous. It looks recently renovated. Rooms are clean and breakfast has a lot of options. My room was cleaned during my stay and towels replaced

There was an image of Buddha or a religious Hindu/Buddhist picture in the lobby.

The staff were so nice! It was clean and convenient to travel.

I heard hwy noise all night. It woke me up several times and I am a heavy sleeper.

Cleanliness, convenient location, friendly atmosphere

Clean room, shower head adjustable for short or tall, clean comfortable comforter, pillows & mattress, great coffee, mini fridge, well lit parking area.

Breakfast stopped & locked up at 9 am. Sleeping in & resting on vacation is an important part of the journey, I missed the breakfast by 2 minutes. 10 am would be a much appreciated stopping time for access to breakfast meal.

I loved the overall decor and that the room was newly renovated. The comfort of the bed was just right (not too hard or soft). It was located very close to main highway and numerous businesses. I will definitely stay again.

The only thing was that I couldn't seem to stay cool. I wish that there were vents in the wall instead of unit by window. That's just a personal preference.

The room was very nice. The staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was delicious with a huge variety of foods to choose from. The hotel was right next to the outlet shops which was just what we wanted. We would definitely stay here again!

Hotel is very nice. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Free soft serve ice cream is also a plus.

I normally cannot sleep well in hotels. The room usually gets very hot at night and I like for it to be cold. Our room was cold and the bed was comfortable so I slept wonderfully! The shower pressure was great. Breakfast was good. Even used the gym!
