not able to refund my money back for leaving early because bad weather was coming

Friendly staff. Clean. Location great.

Room very clean breakfast very good staff is very friendly. And I always stay her everytime I go home the BEST.

Breakfast, it's quiet and staff goes out of their way.

The breakfast was good and the the staff were great.

Bathroom updates. There were cracks in the shower. Bathroom sink water stopper was broken. One of my colleagues had to change rooms because there were bugs.

The pillows were soft and fluffy but had a smell maybe the pillow cases weren¿t changed in a while other than that the stay was great, also I seem to always get placed on the 4th floor can I get 1st or even the 2nd floor would be great ¿¿

Very nasty. People staying were loud played music all night. A guest was smoking marijuana in the elevator. Breakfast was so nasty no one ever cleaned it up after guest made a mess. Did not come back a round to fill up anything . Very dirty at breakfast.

Hamptons are ALWAYS my choice in hotels, NOT THIS 1! Mold on caulk in shower, light bulbs out, while waiting 30 minutes on front desk clerk she literally drove up in parking lot, said she had to go pick something up. No one else there to cover desk.

Location

This hotel had ticks and flees in the carpet inside my room. My son and I left with numerous flee and tick bites on our legs and feet. Also, the hotel advertised the pool being open online and it was closed. Staff was rude and not helpful.

Complimentary breakfast was truly sad. I would rather pay than receive sub par advertissed at hot breakfast.

Easy check-in. Friendly staff. Hotel was clean. Everything was great.

The only thing I didn't like was the location of the liquid hand soap in the bathroom. It was a stretch for short adult.
