The staff were super friendly & helpful. There was an issue with fridge & once notified,someone came & resolved the issue immediately.
I like that the room was spacious. I only wish our room was on the bottom floor due to members of of family group having pace makers and other medical conditions.

Friendly staff
Only issue i had with this hotel was i needed two beds and i had to pay extra for the second bed... how ever the quality inn thats in leesville always give me the second bed free of charge if available so i didnt really save money

Super clean with very comfortable beds. The pillows were amazing! Staff was friendly and very attentive. We had a small problem with the TV in one of our rooms, and the staff was there within minutes of our call. Nice hot breakfast.

Not much good to say. The day manager was helpful in correcting the mistakes made by the previous night shift. She was friendly and tried to accommodate us.
When we tried to check in there was only one room available. Called to reserve room with 2 beds and it was not available when we arrived. Was going to stay anyway and hotel would not provide even an extra blanket. Staff was untrained on check in.

The breakfast offered wasn't to my liking,but that's just my opinion,there wasn't anything wrong with it. The pool could be cleaner and it was quite warm. But then again, it's out in the sun too.
