Pool was nasty Breakfast was horrible Saturday morning Sunday morning was better

When I got there, the staff, the attendant was on her phone, totally ignored me and I stood infront of her for atheist a minute before I said Ma'am. Then she acknowledge me. She was like, I need to clock in, her name was Irene.

Room was dirty. Staff still cleaning it when I arrived at 4:30pm. Then the cleaning staff argued that this isn?t my room. I was forced to show them my room key. They made me feel like a criminal.

We were not greeted very well and most of the staff was not friendly or made us feel welcome.

There was a party which was making a lot of noise and we had to call the police to get them to stop.

Felt like it was over priced for the quality, elevators were very run down and down right scary to use, made popping and grinding noises. Rooms air condition seemed undersized, turned it down a couple of degrees but took hours to actually drop the temp.

The staff was amazing and the breakfast was good.

There was not hot water. At 9:30 pm my friend had a cold shower. I waited a bit longer in hopes for a reboot of hot water. Mine was even colder than hers. Not to the normal Hampton standard.

The breakfast area was extremely clean and organized. They had a good variety of food for breakfast. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The housekeeping staff did a great job on keeping the rooms clean. Many restaurants are near-by.

There were a lot more great things about this hotel than things that I did not like. The one thing that I noticed in our room was that the carpet really needed to be shampooed.

Staff was not very friendly. Breakfast bar was really bad. Not enough variety. Food was not appealing and the sausage tasted like it was cooked in grease that was 3 years old. Not at all what I have experienced in the past. Hampton needs to improve.

The beds are a little hard. The carpet appears stained in areas. The shower had low pressure. The refrigerator cabinet was bloated from moisture damage. The chair leather was peeling. It was very clean, but the hotel could use a furniture & floor upgrade.

It was nice to have a descent breakfast for a change. Hotels have been offering a small "to go" breakfast, whereas this one had a nice breakfast room with hot and cold items.

One of the outlets did not work. Had to keep pressing the reset on the gfci plug. Other than that, nice room.

The location is good with options to dine within walking distance.

The continental breakfast was very sparse compared to other hotels in the chain. It was just OK.

Just a bit of difficulty communicating with morning desk person because of language barrier. Night desk person seemed annoyed when we asked for a bottle of water.

Did not stay in hotel canceled bc they had no power. I just want my money it's been three days now I just want my money back

Convenient to the interstate and next to Starbucks - a great start! Nice room, people and breakfast. We'd go back!

The enforcement of social distancing and masks

When we arrived there was no one at the desk or anywhere. We waited over 6 minutes when someone finally strolled out of the office. I asked for a room that did not face the freeway but she said she didn’t know which rooms those are. not very safe.

This is my second time staying at this hotel the water pressure for the shower is horrible and the Continental breakfast Is terrible

The staff was friendly, courteous and extremely helpful in every way. The location was perfect.

There were no fans in the bathrooms

This hotel is very clean, the staff was friendly, loved the inside pool, breakfast was good, wish they would have a wider variety of food and food ran out pretty fast had to wait awhile to eat.

my reasoning for giving a low score, I was over charged on my credit card, what was suppose to be a security deposit, called and reported its been days and no one has yet to contact me to fix the issue, and I have been calling everyday to speak to manager

The rooms were clean and quiet and the free breakfast was good as well. Food was hot and fresh, and had a lot of variety.

Shower heads had weak water flow. The indoor pool, while not freezing cold, was a bit chilly. Nothing game-breaking.
