- I went to use the shower and the water was barely above room temperature. Front desk lady said she had to reset the water heater. What kind of hotel has to reset their water heater to have hot water??? We had to skip it because we were on a schedule.
- I wasn't able to use due to the weather. I called a day in advance. The hotel wouldn't help. I paid the rip off 9.00 trip protection. It was turned down because weather was not a situation where they paid. Totally unsatisfactory.
