- Hotel employee was amazing and patient at the front desk. I appreciate his professionalism and kindness.

- The breakfast staff puts bacon (pork) in the potatoes. The staff said "some people" like it like that. This practice alienates those who for medical, dietary, or cultural reasons do not eat pork.
- The room door was open when we went to the room. We walked it to see what was going on no one was in the room. I notified the front desk that the door hinge was loose so the door had to be lifted to close properly. The rusty light fixtures, etc.
