The mattress
I've filed a complaint about the service that was received. It was highly unacceptable. I was supposed to receive a call from the hotel by 6/21, I have not heard back from anyone. I will be contacting corporate again!

My bathroom was not as clean as i expected it to be considering that this is a fairly new building.
There for 4 days & housekeeping never came. They have a policy to only clean your room on the 3rd & 7th day, but u are not informed of this when booking
My brother was hospitalized & didn't look like he was goin 2 make it, the manager allowed me 2 cancel my 2nd night reservation. I'm still with him @ the hospital, but knowing the staff cares and understands some circumstances are unpredictable. Thanks!

There was no breakfast. The location was good.
Room 109 has a toilet that continuously runs. Not much of a kitchenette. The beds were very uncomfortable! No chair to sit, so had to sit on the bed.
