Magnason Hotel

Location was convenient. The room was clean.

The rooms are worn and haggard - wallpaper starting to peel, furniture and flooring that needs updated.

The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel mixes smoking and non-smoking rooms, so you do smell cigarettes when in the hallways.

Really wasn't a fan.

The air conditioning didn't really work, all night it was hot and uncomfortable. The room had a weird smell to it.

The hotel was one of the closest to the Red River Gorge State Park. It is also within walking distance from a small grocery store and a McDonald. The staff (Leah) was friendly and attentive.

Not accessible. Not clean. No working Wi-Fi. Inadequate breakfast offerings.

The staff was all friendly. It was peaceful and relaxing. They were very accommodating and understanding. Very spacious room. Nice bathroom.very clean. Wifi worked really well. Has amazing stairs (I'm afraid of heights and don't like see through stairs).

Didn¿t like that there was no elevator. Also, only given three towels for a family with kids.

It was a nice hotel with nice staff

The bathtub would not drain when we took a shower and the bed was small and short but overall it was great.

The staff was nice. They were kind, compassionate people who are having to make up for a horrid facility.

The Room was very dirty with stains in the carpet and chairs. The AC was spitting moist stinky water into the room and the floor was actually wet. There was no elevator and the parking lot had no lights. It was not a decent place to stay.

The room was clean

The stairwell was dirty, door knob loose. No elevator. Not good lighting at side entrance. Breakfast was frozen stuff to microwave and they didn’t have butter out. There was black ice in parking lot.

The staff was very friendly. They allowed us to have a late check out without a charge.

In our room the chairs were broken and my son got his hand pinched by the chair. There was no remote for the TV.

The lobby smelled like smoke and so did the non smoking room. Also the free continental breakfast was the worst I have ever seen.

I like the exercise room, it was small with only two workout machines but definitely enough for a good workout. I also like that it was a two minute drive from where I needed to be. And the breakfast was nice to wake up to.

Incredible staff who eagerly provided that needs were being went over and above expectations of any Motel staff met and provided Extras if needed also they were loving and caring when made you feel like you were at home

The staff was friendly, fast. The hotel was clean.

The breakfast was not great. The selection was the bare minimum at best, & no gluten free options. My mom has Celiac disease, & we were in town for a funeral.

On the other hand the staff was a bit aloof the breakfast they served was not good it had a poor selection of food serving Frozen sausage biscuits that were nasty and muffins and a small chores and variety of cereal and the rooms could be a little cleaner

Excellent staff! Room nice! Food of good quality! They tried with maximum efforts to accommodate all our needs! Would highly recommend!
