Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Lexington W - Versailles By IHG

Everybody we dealt with was so nice and helpful and it was really clean. Loved Carla in the breakfast service.

Staff, bed comfort, fitness facility & breakfasts

Hotel looks like it just opened yesterday. Everything new, modern & very clean Check in was very quick and staff very nice. The room was very spacious and had numerous lighting options and power receptacles with USB options. Breakfast was terrific.

Parking area was tight to maneuver my extended cab pickup.

The hotel was clean and upkept to what I believe I paid for (value for money). Breakfast was also good and the hotel overall was quiet.

Location

TV difficult to operate, screen glows in the dark even when off. That plus large brightly lit wall thermostat make sleeping difficult at night.

It was new , modern and beautiful.

The location was excellent. The lobby was open and inviting. The room was clean and spacious.

It was clean and comfortable

Little things like the tv being outdated and the remote barely worked. Also the walls are paper thin so I could hear everything coming from the rooms next door and the hallways..

The room was spacious and had everything I needed. The chaise lounge was nice for relaxing, and the bed was quite comfortable. Very nice accommodations.

The shower could stand more water pressure. But it was roomy and the bottles on the wall were filled with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Great with early check-In & friendly staff! Very clean rooms & spacious. Great breakfast & never ran out of food. Location was great!

Nothing!

The location was perfect for us. We had several family members that stayed here with us. The room was clean and the workers were friendly and helpful.

No. It was a nice hotel.

Staff was friendly, beds were comfy and hotel was clean

A hot tub would have been nice

SUPER CLEAN!!! Always my biggest priority!

Just a little bit further away than I anticipated but not really an issue. The area was very nice.

Nice and clean a good breakfast

Just the pool Water and pool area needs to be clean, but over all on excellent service

There were loud guests beside us and outside below us. The staff knew about the ones outside but allowed them to carry on until 1:30 in the morning.

Looks new

It's really loud. Can hear people next door and above. Lots of flying ants by the breakfast area. On the floor and away from the food, but still all over the place. Pull out bed didn't have sheets for it in the room and I had to go downstairs to get a se

The front desk staff was amazingly nice. First night checked in by a young girl with long braids, and she was awesome. Friendly and helpful. Super clean, loved the laundry room, would definitely stay there again!

One little thing-the bathroom vent fan made a weird noise if it wasn¿t running. But if it was running, you didn¿t hear the whining sound at all. Easy solution, but the bathroom light was on all night.

The staff was great, they were friendly, made you feel like you was at home.the room was super nice, the breakfast was so good.the food recommendation to try at the local restaurant was very helpful.

Not a thing.

Friendly staff. I got lost finding the hotel and was expecting some flack for late arrival, But they were welcoming, friendly, and the visit started on a very positive note!

It's a bit difficult to find hidden behind Kroger, and Google Maps wasn't the greatest help

This was a business trip. Hotel very near work area

Noticed dried blood on one of the pillow cases. Was only there for one night. Front desk said they would tell someone. Makes you wonder how often the pillow cases are changed between guests...weekly...monthly?
