Finding out another hotel would let us check in early to get away

I have photos and videos showing the human feces and urine, animal urine, dead and living mice, bugs, drywall all over the floor, shredded (not simply torn) Curtains, overwhelming stale cigarette smoke smell, animal kennel smell, room not even cleaned

Comfortable hotel solid basic breakfast they are renovating great for the price

Dirty, comforter was stained yellow in spots. 1 maid for the whole place, room was not ready at check in and still not at 1730

Absolutely nothing they're free breakfast was a can of gravy that we clearly seen them open,dump into the pot n walk away.biscuits,frozen,stuckin warmer,walked away.ALL3Days, overpaid suit,no juice or coffee, Ruined Honeymoon.Indian Clerk Grabbed Me/Preg!

Indian Cleark violently assaulted me after being informed of my pregnancy,she called cops,My Husband was arrested 4 an unknown traffic ticket!8 unauthorized Charges,3-100,3-50,1-20&1-30, Request4ImmediateRefund2BondHusband,PressingCharges, suing Hotel!

Close to the interstate Plenty of parking, even for a church bus Good breakfast variety Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable Great shower heads Adjoining rooms

I had no complaints, which is a rare occurrence, considering how much I travel

The bed was very comfortable.

The pool door was locked at 7pm and when we ask the front desk girl why she said that is what time it closes from now on instead of 10 pm. Our two daughters were extremely disappointed because the pool is the reason why we got the room.

The location is great. It's right off the highway.

It is located by the airport, so you do hear the planes.

They didn't have any hot water & the plumber wasn't going to look at it until sometime the next day. We were already on our way back to Ohio before it was fixed

The staff was very helpful with great attitudes

There was a smell in the hotel, maybe because it was older, but we needed to use air fresheners

The pool needs a cleaning. I used the rail to enter the steps and still slipped. They were extremely slippery. I broke my fall by slamming my right arm onto the outer concrete. I haven?t been able to lift, pull, or push anything for a few days now.

Beautiful, newly renovated, most comfortable bed . Was totally impressed big value for the money! Will be staying here every time I come to Louisville!.

Breakfast was gross, room was outdated and had a horrible odor. Place is just gross

Everything was above expectations. Quick check-in, parking, and available luggage carts. Beds were also super comfy!

Pool

we left one day early. We were supposed tp.leave on August 6 and left on august 5. We would.like to be refunded one day. Breakfast was stale cereal and only gravy no biscuits

The motel clerk was courteous & friendly. The bed was comfortable (I have excessive pain issues, yet I was comfortable on the mattress).The motel & room were clean. Convenient location for traveling.

The pillows were too squishy/soft, although there were 4 on each bed. The free breakfast was just mediocre.

Lobby was nice and clean, possibly the only part of the hotel that gets cleaned. House keeping did not steal from my room.

Breakfast was a joke. Room given at check in was a disaster, both beds flipped over, furniture scattered and covered in liquor bottles. Given another room with broken fridge and microwave, carpet hadn¿t been vacuumed and the bathroom floor was sticky

Mattress was great

Breakfast was not the best. Waffle maker was broke. I couldn't get toaster to work. Biscuits and gravy was gone at 7:15 when I went for breakfast and hardly any coffee. Needs work there

Price was better than others in the area.

Hotel was alright. Rooms need updating. Smell of smoke in room even though it was a non-smoking room.

It was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the bed it was really comfortable and the hotel itself was absolutely quiet as a mouse.

The room was very clean and the staff were exceptional.

Hot breakfast not included due to Covid.
