The room was very nice and big. Breakfast was great. They replenished everything up until it closed. They even came out and asked if anyone needed anything before they closed the doors. Customer service at this motel is top notch.

The hospitality. Every time we walked in the front door the staff had a pleasant attitude. The breakfast options were great. There was fruit, waffles, sausage patties, sausage links, eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal, oatmeal, milk and cereal.

Shower head leaked. Sprayed the wall and floor. The shower curtain was mounted to close. The curtain kept trying to stick to me. Gross. Rod needs moved out more.

The room was very accessible I am in a wheelchair and did not require a handicap room because the regular room was set up with plenty of room and hand rails in the the bathroom tub/shower

The carpets weren¿t very clean left my feet black on the bottoms

For the star level, the hotel decor was up to date, newer, and very clean. Gentleman at the desk had impeccable manners and was excellent.

Breakfast was not set up at 6am on a Friday morning and the desk made excuses even though it took her 30 minutes to set it up and I was the only checking out guest.

Room smelled musty, and shower/tub was rusty.

The price was good, the bed was excellent and the room was larger than expected.

There was some problem with the computer & checking in, then when we tried our room keys, they didn't work & we had to return to the front desk to get help. The clerk said they had previous problems like this.

Free parking and free breakfast was included.

We asked for the room to be cleaned the second morning of our stay. The hotel did not clean the room, give fresh towels and made an excuse the wind blew the door sign asking for housekeeping. It was expensive and did not meet expectations. Tub was dirty.

I booked a double room they placed us in a king room. When I inquired the clerk stated I would have to book another room at a higher price if I wanted two beds. And I would not be refunded the first room. The room was musty and their were hair everywhere.
