The GM of this hotel, who worked 2nd/3rd shift of our check in day, was friendly and hospitable.

Bed Bugs!!! We found bed bugs, and I presented evidence of this to the manager on duty. At first, they tried to say, “It looks like a roach,” feigning ignorance. But after proving it was bed bugs, they would not help—no refund, no move, nothing.

Friendliness of staff

I had a non smoking room and the hallways and the room smelled like smoke and marijuana. Being a non smoker I would not stay at this hotel again.

The clerk that checked us in was very nice and accomodating.

We stayed at this hotel specifically for the indoor pool and 11:00 am check out with an included breakfast the next morning. However, the pool was so cold that we were unable to partake of it. The breakfast bar was closed by 9:00 am, time we were there.

It was in a good location of our needs and the price was alright.

This hotel is in need of remodeling and redecorating. Drapes need replacing and the commode leaked when it was flushed. Walls need painting. It needs modernizing.

Easy to find. Right off the freeway.

No one was at the desk when we arrived. Had to come back. Entire hallway smelled like smoke. Entrance light in room was flickering. Only lights in the room were lamps. Blanket and sheets had cigarette burns in them.

They have an elevator in the lobby so you don't have to climb stairs. They have a fairly nice breakfast selection. The room was nice and large. They still have smoking rooms. They allow pets. They are reasonably priced.

Their coffee in the breakfast room is horrible. I mean REALLY bad.

The hotel is close to the interstate, food, Walmart, etc. The staff was friendly.

The staff were great. Friendly and helpful.

The whole hotel smelled like an ashtray. If we turned on our bathroom fan it drew in air from the hallway and stunk up the room.

They had swimming pool

The swimming pool with level and quite a few people come in and swim so it got overcrowded

The staff at the hotel worked with me to make the stay possible. It was a unique and unusual set of circumstances. At the end I needed a room for the evening and they wanted to make sure they got paid. I tried the Motel 6 and they simply said "No".

Very friendly employee working reception. Convenient location. Bed was comfortable.

Funny smell in the room--like some strong air freshener trying to mask other odors. It was bothersome. Also, the room was a as a bit shabby (older furniture with stains, walls and doors that showed wear and tear).

Cleanliness. Convenient location. Extremely quiet.

The continental breakfast was the worse I¿ve ever had.

Ac wasn't working well enough. Short staffed. Didn't have much at breakfast 2 eggs and 1 yogurt when showing up early.

It is listed as pet friendly. When arriving I found a sign posted behind the desk that pets with permission. I was able to bring my dog but did not like the discrepancy.
