Very little. Main door had been broken into at one time and never fixed. Bathroom: tile missing over tub and toilet plugged. No remote for tv. Had to pay cash.
In good convenient location.

Cons -

Rude staff
The motel is the worst I've ever stayed for decades. I cannot see any sign of the room vacuumed for many years. I had extreme hard time to breath. The AC does not have temperature control. Curtains are in awful shape. I saw a cockroach and pictured it.
The sheets were not changed and I had to ask for new towels.
