- Cleanliness
- On the evening we arrived there was a tornado warning rating 5 out of 5. The staff was wonderful. We went to the lobby when the sirens went off, they sheltered us in the hotel laundry room, and brought in chairs rest sit out the warning.
- The room was very spacious, comfortable beds, very clean.
Cons -
- I accidentally booked a handicap room and the girl at the desk REFUSED to change my room even though they hardly had any guests staying that night.
- The breakfast was terrible and they were understaffed that morning so they couldn?t keep up with the breakfast.
- The room was no clean, dirty, beds had been slept in and communication was absent with staff and manager. They will not answer phone calls and are not present at the front desk.
