Pros +
- There was nothing good about this experience.
- Breakfast was great and gym was available and well kept
- Our room was very clean and the whole hotel had a nice clean smell as soon as you walked in. Great location! Not too far away from stores and restaurants.
Cons -
- The first room we were assigned to was already occupied! The second room was unclean and unsafe. In addition to general dirtiness, there was no hot water, the bed was stained, there was blood in the bathroom trashcan and the room door did not lock because the door frame was broken.

There was nothing good about this experience.
The first room we were assigned to was already occupied! The second room was unclean and unsafe. In addition to general dirtiness, there was no hot water, the bed was stained, there was blood in the bathroom trashcan and the room door did not lock because the door frame was broken.

breakfast was ok, but we had to wait for it to be prepared. Night staff left without preparing for breakfast.
My sister is five feet tall, and she couldn't get into the beds as they were too high. Also when we went to make up the sofabed, there were no linens in the closet. When asked at the front desk for linens, the staff said, "There are extra pillows on the beds." We finally got the linens, but feel they should have been available in the room.
