The room size was great

Not enough electric plug ins in the center night stand and the toilet was very short

Elevator floor, filthy, dirty hallway, floor, filthy, dirty bedroom, floor, filthy, dirty bathroom, wallpaper, peeling dirty, did not make for comfortable sleeping

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, but it was a bit crowded where you had to fix your plate.

It was clean,but I was surprized at the paper coming off walls and the spotty paint job on the ceiling. It would have look much better if they would have just repainted the entire ceiling.

We booked the room specifically for the pool It was closed when we arrived. Our room was not ready even though we arrived 1 1/2 hours after check in

The pool was not open and we were not given any notification of this until we arrived. We had two little boys who were super upset about this. If we had know prior to arrival we would have booked the other Hampton downtown.

The location

There was no hot water for a shower on Saturday morning. I got my bill comped to make up for it.

Room was great, staff was great, especially the morning crew when I checked out. Price was great. I don't travel a lot but every time I have stayed at Hampton inn I have been extremely impressed. Little disappointed with the breakfast though.

Comfortable bed.

There can be no excuse for doors that hit the door-jamb or loose handles on plumbing fixtures as was the case for the bathtub and the vanity faucet in Room 319. Also, too-low water pressure at the vanity faucet suggests a clogged aerator.

Location was convenient for our needs. Good breakfast. Polite, helpful staff. Clean room.

It may be time for new mattresses, at least in the room we used. Our mattress was very soft.

Friendly staff and comfortable bed

Very low water pressure in the shower on 3rd floor and the temperature if the water never seemed to get truly hot

Staff was friendly, and location provided easy access.

Started to take a shower at about 0600 hrs, and water was barely warm. Tried again at 645 and it was nice and hot.

It appeared the sheets on the bed had not been changed/cleaned from the last guest.

Location; clean; quiet; continuous fan for room noise for sleeping; exercise room.

Room was clean, nice bed and I love the pillows. In good area close to restaurants.

1. The pool was not open which was a big disappointment. 2. Did not get the room I booked, Booked the King Studio, took room given because I had requested no scents in room. 3. The toilet ran over, suggest putting plungers in bathroom to avoid this.
