Built in 2011, the Sleep Inn and Suites Fort Campbell hotel is located off the Pennyrile Parkway, close to Fort Campbell military base, home of the 101st Airborne Screaming Eagles. The hotel features an indoor heated pool and exercise room. Other amenities include: Free breakfast, Free high-speed wireless Internet, Pet friendly (fees apply). All rooms have microwave, refrigerator, flat-screen television with cable, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Some rooms offer a desk, in-room hot tub and lowered vanity area. Cons -
- The hotel room had an off putting smell to it and then gym was a little dirty. The water was empty and there was fungus/mold growing in the bottom of the water jug
- The cleanliness of the room, especially the beds and towels. Stains on the towels and the sheets looked as if they were not cleaned, at least in one of the two beds. There was hair covering the fitted and flat sheet of one of the beds.
- I was assigned 3 different rooms duing this trip. No heat in the 1st room; bedbugs in the 2nd room; and stained sheets and hairs on the beds in the 3rd room. I did not stay at the hotel and they refused to give me a refund.
