Quality Inn Maysville

Everything. The room was dirty. The shower was so disgusting that I didn't use it despite wanting to take a shower. I got bed bug bites and the breakfast was nasty.

The swimming pool was disgusting, it had mold around the tile. The wall paint was chipping...

Clerk did not know how to check us in. Paint on room curtains and floor. Dirt in bed. Loud road noise.

Room overheated when entering, 90 degrees. TV not working, no remote device.

I booked based on it having a pool for my grandkids. It was double in price compared to all others locally 1st night was told it was temporarily closed part ordered and be fixed. 2nd day manager admitted pool has been broke for over 2 years and not going

Be fixed any time soon. I feel I should have been refunded at least half my bill. I was in tears. My grandsons were in tears. They were moving far away and I won't see them till spring of 2025

Lady at desk when we checked in and out was wonderful. Price was great for purpose to sleep in.

Bathroom ceiling was completely cover in mold room 209. There was one woman who had a real snotty personality about the pool. Only 1 bath towel in room.

The cleanliness of the room. The breakfast was very good. The bed was awesome...very comfortable.

It was considered a handicapped room. However, the side of the bathtub was extremely high off the floor making it almost impossible to get into the tub. And in getting out, the floor of the bathtub was much higher thebathroom floor.Bad for the handicapped

Location to where I needed to be.

The indoor pool was not open and had not been open since covid began. A pool is on my criteria of what I want in a motel. Being closed for a couple years now it should not be listed as having a pool. The breakfast was mediocre.

Men partying outside my room all evening. At 10:20 pm I tried to call the desk to have it stopped. Line was busy for at least 15 min. I finally drove to entrance and complained. It took two complaints before the noise stopped. Partying resumed at 11:50.

I selected a non smoking room and when we got to the room it stunk of smoke. They put us in a different room however it ended up being a smoking room. We decided to stick it out however. Also the floor was filthy. No pool either due to COVID

Pool was closed even though the main picture for the hotel was the pool.

Shower looked as if someone had emptied the mop water into it, completely disgusting so probably wouldn't have used the pool anyways.

Beds were clean.

We were given 3 different rooms, the first one 107 had people already in it. Went to the office and they gave us another one 204 the door was open, and failed to lock. Went to the office again this time we were sent to 104. Bathroom floor filthy. Sad.

Sketchy area. Be careful. The room was very clean. The WiFi does not work. Bring some air freshener. You can still smoke in hotels in this state. A smoking room was the only option. Pretty nasty smell.

I enjoyed the room stay it was a comfortable setting the breakfast was not all that great the location is in a poor location.but some of the staff were a pleasure but the manager and maintenance man were very rude.
