Excellent location to downtown and easy parking. You can easily walk to all of the downtown things to do, such as Bourbon tasting, bars, restaurants, river cruises, etc. The room was well lit, had plenty of space, was quiet, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. We slept well. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Clean and good location if you’re going to spend time downtown. Breakfast was ok.
AC was loud and was reported, but they never attended to it.

Close to downtown. Clean rooms.
A hotel closer to NuLu would have been a better choice. However, we only realized this after our stay.

The hotel was nice and everything. The room was clean upon arrival. Very peaceful and calm.
The hotel double charged my card after I paid through booking.com. Still haven’t been refunded for it . Breakfast was trash .
