No free, the hotel receptionist did not explain how the parking worked or even where it was. We were charged for leaving out the parking garage and coming back in because the hotel receptionist did not tell us about a QR code code that could be used.
Not the hotels fault but the area is full of Homeless thanks to Louisville loser ship I meant leadership
Lots of street noise late at night.

Lots of street noise late at night.

We had 3:00 pm check in time . When we arrived at 4:00pm our room was not ready. It would have been another 45 min before our room was ready . We had a suite but took a regular room , at the same price.
