Hampton Inn Louisville-Northeast

Good location

Close to food and Walmart and close to the temple we were visiting. The workers seemed happy to be there. The little pond was great with a ton of ducks. The breakfast was amazing!! It was quiet and clean. It was just a great hotel overall

We missed the pool season. It was closed but nothing unexpected

I liked the location, how clean things were in the common areas. I liked the staff.

We moved rooms the first day due to the TV not working. They moved us to a room next to the boiler room. Loud noises were heard all through the day and night. Beds were uncomfortable, and the second room did not have as good of air conditioning system.

Great location. Very clean. Conveniently located right off the freeway and near gas stations and restaurants. The breakfast was hot and had lots of choices. I would definitely stay here again.

I was happy with everything at this hotel. I even have another trip to the area and will stay here again.

The bed felt like sleeping on the ground and at check in we waited 15 minutes for a staff member to show up to check us in

Breakfast was great - tasted fresh, and plenty of options available. Our room was perfectly clean, the bathroom was well stocked and the facilities around the building were nice too. No extra charge for parking, and the person at the front desk helped us out with some suggestions for places to eat in town.

The hotel had good amenities, very clean and friendly staff. Our AC wasn't working. Maintenance came up right away and asked if we wanted to move or for them fix it. We asked for it to be fixed and they replaced it within minutes.

The beds were immensely comfortable and a delight to sleep in (when we could sleep through the noise), while the room itself was clean and well-furnished. Loved the shower, it was fabulous. Breakfast was nothing special but no complaints, your usual hotel breakfast fare. Staff were helpful and polite.

A big problem with our stay was the noise. It's right next to the interstate and the traffic is quite audible. On top of that, the air conditioner was SO. LOUD. It woke me up whenever it cycled on in spite of my earplugs. When we turned it off, the room quickly became uncomfortably hot and stuffy. If it weren't for that, it would have been a lovely stay.
