The atrium was very nice. The food was excellent. Every staff member that we interacted with was very pleasant and friendly. Our room was very clean and spacious.
I have nothing negative to say.

Good location
There was a terrible smell in our room. We called front desk and no other king room available. The shower was running when we checked into room. I booked two rooms because there was four of us. However, my credit card has been charged twice for parking even though I told them we only had one vehicle. I’m currently having to dispute the charge. Overall, not a good experience.

This is hands down the nicest hotel I’ve stayed at for the value. very beautiful decor and excellent staff. Pool area was clean. Room was clean. And warm cookies at check in

I liked the location and price. The rooms were large and very quiet.
Thermostat was loose and hard to change. The bathroom stayed cold the entire time we were there.

Big room and bathroom, everything very clean and organized. The staff of the hotel were really kind and attentive. The hotel lobby and restaurant are beautifull.
The breakfast was a little expensive and simple, besides that, there's nothing that i havent liked.
