Upgraded our room to a suite

First three rooms the key they gave didn't work. The fourth room had no electricity. The fifth room they upgraded to a suite and the microwave didn't work

Black mold, jetted tub did not work, dead crickets all over, spilled water went to clean it up and after wiping it up the towel was black.

Location was decent. Staff were friendly.

Hair on hand towel and in shower, carpet not vacuumed for a while, dirty tissue on the floor, two of three outlets in room didn't work, lamp shade filthy, water barely warm in shower.

The sink & shower were stopped up,bringing up nasty stuff from the pipes.The cleaner should have noticed,I have to conclude there was no cleaning.Breakfast:no bagels,no bread.On Monday,8:30,there was no breakfast at all.Lumpy pillows sagging mattresses

Dirty run down room, tattered lamp shades, rugs were Dirty and un vacuumed, TV would not shut off(had to.unplug it) bathroom was disgusting,if I wasn't so exhausted I would have checked out immediately

Bathroom smelled moldy.hotel run down , trashy.. way overpriced. No fresh fruit at breakfast.

Rundown area, rundown building, room smelled bad (musty/musty carpet). Set out one very small set of soaps for 3. (they did remedy that though upon request)

Not a thing

It was filthy and the people staying there were 3-4 to a singe room. No security or supervision for kids in the pool.

clean room, safe parking...but most of all the night manager, she was extremely helpful, in all aspects....for the price this was a good deal ( our prior nights hotel was HORRIBLE, and the experience a nightmare on DREAM STREET in Florence Ky.

Not was worth considering best at this motel. I¿m surprised they are even operating at this condition of the property. Worst motel experience.

The bathroom tap was broken. At first they gave us a king bed room even though I booked 2 queen bed room. Light were not working in the room. Worst motel i have ever stayed at. No cleanliness at all. Really dirty property.

Small Town close to a gas station

There was alot of police activity loud people next door the last few day but for the weekly rate of 370 not to shabby

Close proximity to Mammoth Cave.

The hotel was filthy. My feet were black within 20 minutes. We had a non-smoking room, but the neighbors smoked or vaped marijuana and we could smell it through the adjourning door. The receipt I was given had a charge to someone else's MC. Horrible.

nonsmoking room has smoking smell. bathroom tiles are broken. sink area light not working. carpet is smelly and dirty. when we got back home our clothes and body had smoking smell

Free Breakfast

I overheard an argument between the receptionist and the customer who was complaining about bedbugs. The other customers showed me the fresh bite marks. The receptionist refused to refund the money until police got involved. This was a site to see.

It was very run down and not very clean. They had the pool closed all day due to storms even though it never stormed or even rained.

Bed was really comfortable! I really liked the walk in shower stall as opposed to a tub/shower combo. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful from front desk to maintenance. (I needed a new TV remote)

Walls and ceiling were painted sloppily and painted over repairs without sanding or smoothing. It made for a poor look overall.

Clean everything works no dirty breakfast was good overall a good place to stay

Desk clock did not work

The location was good for me and convenient to get where I was going

The room was good for what I was expecting for my stay, the breakfast would have been nice with more food choices but I made it work
