Hampton Inn & Suites Hopkinsville

Breakfast was decent.

Room 214 should NEVER be sold to another traveler again. It?s DIRECTLY above the sliding glass entry way doors and sounds like people are moving furniture across the ceiling constantly but it?s coming from below you EVERY SINGLE TIME THE DOORS OPEN.

We were not there long. Breakfast was good.

The receipt we received was for less than we paid for the room. I emailed to ask for an explanation, but I have had no response.

Staff who checked us in was extremely pleasant and welcoming.

The sliding bathroom door was not secure bumping and rattling - annoying in the middle of the night. The room door was extremely heavy. I couldn¿t open it without assistance. Very loud highway - noise earplugs should be issued for backside rooms.

Poor TV channel selection, I think it was Direct TV..Stay 5 nights and my TV wouldn't connect to server at least 85% of my Stay. Made a complaint and they came to fix it, but it didn't last an hour.

Nice staff. Clean surroundings.

Heard the highway all night long. Toilet seat height was child sized.

Front desk lady was extremely nice and helpful. Our rooms were exceptional and very clean. Great place to stay!

Our handicap accessible room was great! Most of the staff was extremely nice, smiling, helpful. However the lady who checked us in and was at the desk the following morning didn't smile, welcome us nor greeted us.

The hotel was very clean. The staff were very courteous. This is the first time I have stayed at this particular hotel. I will be back again when I come to Hopkinsville. I loved the breakfast!

Beanfeast was very good, pool was warm the 2 and night, suite was nice and clean

I got handicap room so no bath for baby, pool cold 1st night, they refused to rent to Locals within 75 miles I had to book online problems with Gm , questioned our stay!! We had 13 in of snow and ice wanted to bein town with Baby!! Not party like above us

very nice modern hotel, a Hotel should be as nice or nicer than your home and this hotel meets that expectation.

I am so thankful to get a good nights rest. The full breakfast is just an excellent bonus!
