Staff was great.

The online photos shows a pool, but they did not have a pool. The room had a bad smell and gnats.

The hotel does look better. There have been upgrades to the room.

We had people.in the room above them with a huge dog. Consent noise.. the floor is very thin.

Nothing! We looked at the room, a left Now trying to get our money back, because my wife refused to stay there

Very hard bed, no real selection for breakfast. For 3 days it was biscuits and gravy and no other viable choices. I understand the renovations occurring and that?s awesome, but not many workers getting it completed.

Our room had some updates ; freshly painted, new carpet, new fixtures in bathroom, new bedding, and new towels and linens. However, the furniture was old and really beat up.

Total lack of security! The exterior doors were open all the time. No cameras. People off the street would wander in at all hours. The property next door is abandoned and overgrown. We pulled in the parking lot to see an apparent drug deal and left.

Room was not ready at 8 pm. Staff had to come vacuum before we could enter. Still smelled badly.

Very nice staff, nice room- we reserved a king, received 2 double bed room- really not a big deal. Only issue, we could not get our door open with the key card, floor manager arrived, his master would not work. Manager arrived, opened with no problem.

No, in fact we called and left them know we would be arriving around 11:00 PM, it was hot and humid. The floor guy turned our AC on at 10:00PM so our room would be nice and cool. And it was!

Location Reasonable price but too much for the condition of hotel.

Dirty bathroom floor. Wash clothes and towels were dirty looking. Supplies weren't replenished for next day. Had to go get towels toilet paper cups. The ice machine was filthy. Will not stay there again.

THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND FRESHLY PAINTED,NEW CARPETING

Our refrigerator did not work,we were told twice they would bring a new one and never did.We had a light out,the iron didn't work and the hairdryer bracket was loose.

Cleanliness was lacking, hair in bathroom. There was a weird smell throughout the whole hotel that made everything I took stink. The owners turned the lobby into their family living room, never stay again

The owner was nice.

It was very dirty. Our door when locked would push open. Dust on the fixtures- . The overall value was not there - from now on I will NOT go to a hotel from a service like yours again or without extensive research!

The comfort and staff.It was like being welcomed by family.Very clean and comfortable.The staff went above and beyond to help me and my family.

I didn't like having to leave.

Location of rooms. I reserved a smoking room, got all the way there, and all available were non smoking.

Great location, wasn't far from where we had to go to visit. Had a good breakfast. Just great all around.

The breakfast was very good my dad loved having breakfast before starting our day.

I can't think of anything except the fact our room was missing the direct tv remote and the lady at the desk worked tirelessly to get spare ones to work but to no avail. I guess the guest before us or sometime decided they needed the remote and took it. But she was so apologetic for it I felt bad for her she tried so hard to get one working for us but it was ok.
