The history associated with the Shaker Community of Pleasant Hill. There were many great historical attractions associated with the hotel. They have a fine dining restaurant located in one of the buildings. There are areas for hiking.

No. Some people complain about the size of the room, but that is not the type of hotel which this is. If you want a spacious room, go stay at a Holiday Inn. However, the room is sufficient for sleeping and just sitting.

Had to carry my own luggage a long distance on check-in and check-out. No carts, no assistance.

This was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in, it was spotless!! Limited food selection in the restaurant but food was good as well as the service.

It is a very long walk to anything, welcome center, restaurant, room, I have a bad back and bad knees. Other than that everything was very nice, I only stayed one night because I was working in a nearby county. It would be a great place to spend time at

This was such an amazing experience. We were in town for the Asbury revival. It was so interesting to stay in a place full of religious history. We did several tours and they were really informative-the shakers had some interesting religious beliefs.

I underestimated the warning about no elevator. We were on the 3rd floor.

AC didn¿t work and it was 77 degrees in our room. We couldn¿t sleep

This is a very historical hotel. There are several buildings so I can only explain about the one we stayed in. It was beautiful. The beds were nice and soft, the linens were excellent. Large room with plenty of room. I would stay again.

Because it was an old house, all the floors were hardwood. So when people started getting up in the morning, you could hear all three floors of people walking and talking. Sound travels. It was very quiet at night but loud as people started stirring.
