The rooms and staff were great and the pool was cool

There were so many good reviews about the food but we found it pretty bad. We went out instead.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the a/c worked great. The location worked out perfectly for us.

Location is great. The breakfast was pretty good, typical hotel breakfast with eggs, sausage and muffins.

The toilet was lower than a normal toilet that you would have in your house. The water in the shower was very hard to turn on.

The thing about Best Western that I liked the best was checking out and putting that place in my rear view mirror.

This is about one of the worst places we have ever stayed. You had to request room cleaning services. Even when you ask for room cleaning services they still don¿t do it. We had to go to the front desk daily to request all the basics. In a word ¿Terribl

Comfortable beds. A good full night sleep

It was quiet. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was awesome.

Nice location...easy on/off from expressway. Friendly front desk staff, really only employee we interacted with during our stay. decent accommodations......a little pricey in my book for amenity level & accommodations, but was clean & comfy.

Older hotel with 2 stories and NO elevator, so.....if you get a 2nd floor room and have a lot of luggage to bring to room, a lot of stairs to lug stuff up & down. There is a "ramp" in back by pool, but still have 2 sets of stairs & 2 doors to navigate.

Room was clean and very quiet, exactly what I needed it ¿¿. Would definitely stay there again. Bed was confortable,although mattress did sink in quite bit. Wasn't an issue for me. Great experience overall. Cleaning crew was fantastic!!!

I have no complaints at all. Morning breakfast was delicious; included bacon, eggs, pancakes from a machine. This totally surprised me, I sure hope I can return someday I the future.

Cleanliness is an issue at this hotel I can¿t believe I paid money to stay here. 1st room they gave us hadn¿t even been cleaned yet. With Covid this should never happen!!! Went to front desk they gave us another room! Crumbs all over chairs!

Very clean, everything worked, convenient location right off I64.

Convenient to highway exit. Plenty of parking. Nice breakfast. Pool looked awesome.

Tub did not drain well. Lamp did not have working outlets. Not enough outlets by beds.

Our TV in the room did not work. I called the front desk and was told it was not going to work because storms had knocked out the satellites. I asked for a discount and the lady laughed at me. I thought that was pretty rude since all hotels have a TV.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great. Eggs, bacon,pancakes,muffins cereal and much more. Very nice pool. Plenty of parking. Smoke free which was very nice. We will definitely stay there again.

I was lead to believe I could swim and use the exercise room. Both were closed. It was very disappointing and it may very well keep me from visiting this hotel again.

There were no elevators and our room was on the upper floor. We were not advised of this at the time we made our reservations. Our group of 4 were all in our late seventies. At checkin we requested first floor rooms but were told none were available.
