Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Frankfort By IHG

This hotel experience was quite good. Staff were excellent, temperature control was good, breakfast was good, mattress was good and location was excellent.

The only criticism that I can offer, is that the lighting in the room was very poor. Additional lighting is needed.

The Check in Staff was very pleasant as was the person at check out.

At 11pm there was a loud music coming floor above. At 3:33 AM startled awake by a very loud thud, crash, yelling and music from room above. Reported to front desk with no results, at 4:30am it was still going. Should have just called the police.

The woman who checked us in was very pleasant.

The cleanliness of the room did not meet my expectations. On arrival there was a dirty/used towel still hanging in the bathroom, in addition, the mini refrigerator was covered with red juice from a previous spill.

Personnel was friendly and orderly and very very efficient. And the breakfast bar was nice as well.

Room and breakfast once it was made. People who weren?t guests came and ate all the food. So the poor chef had to make more

Charged for room we didn?t need. When I called hotel directly several times in early Feb nobody answered the phone

Not much. Location and parking were not ideal.

Not very clean. I booked two rooms at the same time in the same name with the same card and requested they be together. They put us on separate floors. Maybe not a big deal to some, but I?m not splitting my family. We left and got a room elsewhere

Hallway floors were dirty. Breakfast was over cooked, especially the pork sausages (burnt and hard).

Breakfast was open until 9:30. But, they stopped bringing fresh food out just before 9:00. If you're going to stop bringing food out, end the breakfast at 9:00.

Great location

The common areas as well as our room (due to our adjacent room tenants) reeked of marijuana and the hotel was full and there was nothing that could be done. The pool also had clumps of hair in it and the staff did not have access to a net to clean it out.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable and staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. It was hot food with several egg choices, two meats along with biscuits and gravy, oatmeal and cereal.

Great location and size. Staff was nice.

Breakfast was lacking and while technically open until 9:30 they didnt refill so if you went after 9am nothing was left.

The bottom of the pool was dirty

It was very clean, my room and the areas I went into, the breakfast area, all very clean and looked great. I was also very impressed by the breakfast buffet, very clean and great food selections!

The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. No one was rude or anything like that, but there was a general sense of unease with everyone I dealt with while there.

Front desk was very accommodating, great location Kroger and food within walking distance, Good breakfast buffet with fruit

The staff was super friendly and helpful. I would like to thank Jo for helping us move our dates. He was super nice and helpful.

I frequently stay at this hotel when I¿m in town. Holiday Inn has had many changes over the years (General manager/staff).Bathroom was dirty and breakfast was mediocre.

Clean. Good location.

Very little noise barrier between rooms. No answer at front desk at 2:30am for a noise complaint.
