Pros +
- The history. It was amazing
- The hotel is conveniently located to our house. The rooms look beautiful from the photos and I wanted my daughter to get to experience it with her fiance as they were travelling down from Chicago late in the night and we are unable to accomodate them .
Cons -
- The checkin process all online. No check im desk. Must have active online service to get codes. Codes came late..
- Yes, when they arrived, no one was there. The outside door pin they were given did not work. They had to wait outside (my daughter is havily pregnant). They had to phone for help, still couldn't get in and eventually had to be put up in another hotel .
