Upstairs water leaking in bathroom. Bed broken. Missing light bulbs. Phones doesn't work.

Close to the family i was visiting.

The dirty sink. The smell of cigarettes in the non smoking room.

Ladies at the desk were great the guy cleaning the room was very rude and harassing us before checkout time

The guy that cleans the rooms opening doors a hour before check out while I'm changing clothes

Disgusting room, bed bugs, roaches, didn?t change our bedding there was old crusty stains the blanket was covered in burn holes and torn, the manager tried to argue with us when we brought photo and video evidence then tried to charge us for another day

Close to event I was attending.

It was not clean and that includes the bedding on the bed. No electric sockets to plug in C-Pap machine.

Adequate for the price

With an 11:00 AM check out I did not expect housekeeping to knock so early. At 7:55 AM there was a slight knock an a barely audible announcement before he unlocked the door and was about to step in. Not secure.

Location

Under construction, asking for towels or toilet paper was a fifth degree. I was told they count those. Honestly not worth the price. On a good note, location was great and great Mexican restaurant right in front of it. It was nothing like the pics.

coffee pot was left with old filter and water in it. Could not be used. Toilet seat cover was off and had to remove. Beds did not have good mattresses. Construction and updating needs to continue.

the moment that I was leaving was the best part this hotel should be burned down its nasty off the beaten path run down stunk there were bed bugs roaches all over the place

yeah everything I didn't stay there it was so nasty you really should take it off your hotel program not worth it and you yet still took my money and didn't give it back I was charged 190.00 dollars for a nasty hotel I couldn't stay in due to yall

Staff was rude pool was closed till 4pm rooms had roaches and were not clean wasn't given any extra towel

Hated the place was dirty staff was rude

It was old and everything was falling apart..they didn't clean the room and the sheets was old and smells ..I don't recommend this hotel to anyone

Zero! Worse hotel experience ever. The cleaners stope clothes. Did not clean my room. Bad sewer odors in the room. Manager not available. Refused to let me checkout and move.

The shower had cockroaches and the sheets had dried blood on them. It was horribly unsanitary

Dirty, bad smell, air conditioning did not work, half of the lights did not work, cockroaches. Worst room I have ever stayed in.

We pulled up in front of our room, we saw flies in the window and the curtains crumbling. We opened the door to view a 1970's decor and a smell. We returned the room key and went to another hotel!! I asked for a refund because of the condition of the room

The location was good.

Tried to change my room at check-in. Two night stay and after the first night, the room wasn't made up, old towels were taken and none were left. Called the desk for towels, washcloths, etc.

It was the cheapest around.

I felt VERY unsafe. Walking to my room, a young man carrying a stick approached me out of the darkness. I had my German Shephard dog with me and he retreated, but had a friend around the corner. I slept in my clothes, never turned on the lights and lef.

The pictures do not properly portray the true condition of this hotel!! It's rundown, and dark. The bathroom vent leaked water all over the toilet and floor, half of the lights didn't work, the room stunk of cheap deodorizer! The water smelled foul.

The swimming pool gate was locked at 3pm when we arrived. After asking a few times they said it would open at 4pm. The Indian man that walks around ¿babysitting¿ everything then walked over to the pool and asked if we were staying here

Location and pet friendly. Had good water pressure and hot water.

Hotel dated & need of repairs/updates. Tv was fuzzy,air conditioner barely worked.Had to move rooms due to air conditioner didn't work,trash under the beds & chair was soiled/stained. Bath towels very small. Pool closed at 8pm & no towels. WONT RECOMMEND!
