Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Frankfort

Hotel employee at reception. Room TV interface was easy. Shower was excellent.

Breakfast was a little sparse.

Location and the breakfast was good.

It isn’t maintained well, you see damaged walls and the air conditioner was very loud. It does not live up to the star rating we saw.

The location and staff are the only positives from our trip.

The room was cramped. The sofa was stained and dirty. The TV cabinet was dirty and damaged. Hot tub listed in amenities, but has been removed, pool tiny. Mold mildew in shower. The advertised hot breakfast was a microwaved nightmare of packaged products.

Good breakfast, location and staff

I wanted to see the capital and enjoy some good food. There wasn't much open on Christmas Eve (shoulda thought of that earlier) but it was easy and convenient to get to for what I needed.

It felt like a brand new hotel, so I don't think it's had time to develop noticeable problems.

This hotel is always clean and well maintained, and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Great breakfast

The room was not what we ordered but we had to go into the room to discover this. Staff told me they wished I had said something before entering the room because now they had to clean it. Told her I didn¿t k ow it was wrong til we entered the room.

Hotel employee was super sweet and bubbly when she greeted us. We like that the swimming pool was open. We enjoyed IMMENSELY the breakfast buffet!

I saw what may have been a bed bug near the hotel window area and I killed another bug on the drape. The hotel staff doesn't tell you that the cleaning crew would clean 3 days a week. The WI-FI was uber spotty which hindered streaming videos. :(

Great place to stay with large clean comfortable rooms.

Very clean and spacious room. The front desk staff was not very friendly. I understand Covid being the reason about breakfast but it was a sad replacement. I was charged ahead for the room and extra charge.

No breakfast or swimming. The front desk staff. The extra charge that still hasn’t fallen off my account yet.

Fairly easy access off interstate

No breakfast. Staff claimed they were doing 'bag' breakfasts, nowhere to be seen.

Location, breakfast was excellent, a great option in Frankfort which seems to be challenging to find top flight hotels in which to stay.

Very friendly staff, very clean, good breakfast, good location, good value. Fairfield is becoming one of my favorite hotels to stay at.
