Great location, very clean, friendly staff! Comfortable beds and great amenities with a great price!

Nothing one of my favorite hotels!

The room itself was relatively clean.

Common areas were worn, dirty, and exhibited crude repairs. Overall, it was not well maintained. We discovered the room is only made up upon request. They stated, "It is normal" for the industry. The breakfast described as "good" on the booking site offered no protein or hot food. The baseboards in the room were falling off of the walls. The furnishings exhibited heavy wear. The wall-mounted side tables were leaning. Anything without a wide flat bottom rolled/slid/fell off. The used extension cords to power lighting and the TV/frig. The lavatory fixture moved quite a bit. The lack of a lavatory stopper allowed my toothpaste cap to fall down the drain. The lack of a tub stopper prevented anyone from taking a bath...not that I would. The shower valve did not work properly. It kept switching from the shower mode to the tub fill mode. The spare roll of toilet paper was, well, not an unused one. A second trash can for the bathroom would have been nice. And the final comment, when I look at the pillow inside each pillowcase, each pillow had hair on them.

Room on 2nd floor but no elevator. Room had a terrible smell.

Biggest complaint was the smell. Stunk like cigarettes big time. I have a CPAP and had to continue tasting smoke for days after.

Pricing was good and the distance to my destination only 10-15 minutes to downtown Cincinnati. Close proximity to many restaurants, shopping and the highway.

There was no remote for television. I asked the front desk, but they were unable to find one. Once I turned on the TV from the push button on the back of the TV, the screen had some damage and a black line went down the screen. Gnats were flying around in the room, the carpet had a mildew, musty smell and was loose and unraveled at the doorway, which caused me to trip a few times. Key card was laggy to open doors to room and into the building, sometimes didn't work and will have to have front desk staff to reset. They are in process of remodeling, so I'm sure by next summer things will improve.

Good location and restaurants close by.

Yes, we could not get the heat to lower from 80 degrees. Very warm in the room

Location is very good. We will stay there again.

Breakfast needs to be replenished more often. We went to have breakfast at 8:30 and there was hardly any food left. Biscuits and gravy without biscuits. Only 3 slices of bread. Not very happy with the breakfast.

Continental breakfast was just as expected. Clean rooms upon arrival as well as the hotel inside and out. convenient location for my needs.

1. Asked to have room clean and 'made up'. this was not done. 2. A tenant had a dog which was barking early in the mornings, this was annoying to me since it wasn't my wake up time.

The location was nice.

The lobby has some chemical "fragrance" that is truly awful.

Easy to get to. Convenient location. (property manager) was a sweetheart! Spacious room. Great pressure in the shower.

My only complaint is that my room's bathroom was a bit shady looking but was in working order.
