Clean & comfortable room
Staff was at a Christmas Party at checking. Tricky figuring check in out.

We arrived after hours and found the alternate check in to be easy and efficient. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Loved the personal note and popcorn...personal touch!
The closet door was broken. The carpet needs to be replaced. The walls need a touch up.

The staff is always the friendliest around. The location is perfect for getting on and off the highway. The location to the little casino is perfect as well. Close to shopping and plenty of restaurants.

The breakfast had lots of choices: protein (bacon and/or peanut butter), decaf, cheerios (GF), AND tea - thank you! The bfast staff was friendly and it was family friendly. The tv, bed, stove, a/c, and laundry room were great! The cleaners did an awesome job overall and both rooms were very clean as far as towels, kitchen area, linens etc. Also had a full-size fridge which was amazing.
The first supposedly non-smoking room I had on the lowest level smelled like smoke; I didn't notice on check-in because the windows had been opened and the a/c was very cold. But when I woke up my eyes were burning. Staff had no problem changing my room though to a much nicer smelling room on the 3rd floor - thk goodness! The floor of my first room also had a dirty vinyl floor that soiled my socks and the cooking set was not as nice. Initially on check-in a guy was in the hall (chilling? on the phone?) and watched what room I walked to, which I asked the manager about and he wasn't concerned; reason given - the guy stayed there a lot.
