staff were very friendly and helpful. nice size room and bathroom. i would stay here again. nice and quiet.

the parking spots are very small, don’t park next to another car you won’t be able to get out.

our night clerk was phenomenal, he made us feel welcome and made our stay great.

it could use a new guest washer and dryer

the front desk clerk was great. She was very nice and handled our situation as best as she could.

First, there was an adult diaper in the bathroom trash can which made the bathroom smell of urine. The room was NOT cleaned. My adult daughter laid in someone's urine. The bed was soaked in urine- the sheets were wet all the way through to the mattress.

All the employees were friendly and helpful. Hotel right off 75.

Location to the Ark and the staff was great!

The room didn't have a Wirlpool tub even though that is the kind of room we picked. The fitness room equipment was old and sounded like it was on its last leg.

It was clean and the front desk staff persons were friendly. Breakfast was very good and I don't even eat breakfast any other time! We liked having TV choices and a microwave, and especially appreciate a refrigerator.

When we walked out of our room into the hallway, we smelled cigarette smoke. The pillows were not comfortable. The bathroom lighting was terrible.

Lighting in bathroom was weak, but otherwise all was good.

The hotel was under renovation which we were not aware of. Thr room was covered in drywall dust. The mirror was filthy. The door had streaks of mud across it. The staff was very unfriendly and didn¿t even respond when I spoke to him at check in.

Easy to get to. Close to eating places. Great room. We enjoyed out two night stay. Breakfast was great. And hot.

Need plastic liner in shower, shower sprays water all over bathroom when tou shower. Cotton curtains don¿t contain water in shower. Use all the towels to wipe up water after showers. Blueberry waffle mix was not good.

It's old,dated in big need of repairs,and decorating. Depressing.. I will not recommend this hotel th o anyone....

It was very clean, the staff very nice, check-in and check-out easy, and location good. The bathroom had a very large countertop, and the bed was very comfortable.

The room is in need of new room and bathroom doors, the tub tile needs re-caulked, and the bathroom ceiling looks like it has an area of loose plaster. None of those negatively affected our stay, but are detrimental to impressions of the hotel.
