Hampton Inn Dry Ridge

Close to Ark encounter and Creation Museum and to several restaurants. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Lobby area was nice. We used it to play board games.

Pool was closed for renovation but They offered use of pool of sister hotel next door.

Hotel employee was very helpful and considerate when we had problem with the pull out sofa. Kids loved the pool. It was warm and a perfect size for them.

Not really. They are doing construction to increase size of the breakfast and lobby area, which is great1

The lady at the front desk was so very nice and helpful!! Loved the breakfast and the cookies too!

Breakfast and location

Small room. Window dirty. Refrigerator didn't have a freezer compartment. The cabinet made it difficult to get into. The doors opened in the wrong direction.

We¿ve never stayed at a Hampton before but we are huge dog loving people and supporters of Riley¿s Candles and The Riley foundation so love supporting dog friendly establishments. Congrats Hilton, very nice stay.

The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. My family really enjoyed the pool.

Breakfast area was very busy, not enough seats so had to go up to the room to eat.

The staff at this location was amazing every one was super nice and accommodating. I had gotten motion sickness in the car and was in need of a bed, peace and quiet. They let us check in early and was so companionate to my condition.

The only thing I can complain about is the pool could have been warmer along with the temperature in the pool area could have been warmer

The morning staff was friendly. Hot coffee and warm tea, available 24/7.

The floors in the bathrooms were so old and dirty! The beds were extremely uncomfortable.

I have stayed here twice now and had a great experiences both times. It is a good stopping point in a long road trip due to its location and ease of access.

Hotel employee who served breakfast was amazing. Been a while since I experienced someone who loved their job. So pleasant and friendly.

Chest in room was not level and drawers kept opening on their own. Had to keep closing to walk by. Shower head was a soaker. Should have worn your shower cap.

Convenient to our destination; clean and quiet. We would stay again. We woke up to a spreading water stain on the ceiling. On leaving the room for the day, I notified the front desk. When we returned later that afternoon, we were given a new room.

The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our rooms were clean and the beds were very comfy. We woke rested and ready for our day. The kids had a great time at the pool. The staff did a nice job with breakfast as well.

HANDICAP ROOMS WERE AT THE FAR END OF THE HALL FROM THE ELEVATOR Desk clerks left the front desk in the evenings for LONG periods and caused new guests to wait and search for them.

Close to the arc. The Mexican restaurant beside it was good. Brreakfast was good.

I just wanted a copy of my receipt. The guy working the front desk said it would be emailed to me. It wasn't. He only gave me a printout that said I had a zero balance.
