Large room, all expected amenities.

Pillows airplane-sized! Rather dingy interior (dirty walls, carpet, outside rooms)

Clean, quiet and comfy room, plus free coffee 24 hrs a day. There were free cookies, little bags of chips, fruit,juices and lemonade, too. There was a small exercise room AND a pool. The staff,  was an excellent employee at the front desk.

It was conveniently located near the Wilderness Trail Distillery. Also the room was nice and spacious with a couch and mini-fridge. And everything was extra clean!

This is SUCH a tiny thing and really doesn't matter, but- I wish they used a nicer brand mini shampoo / conditioner. I try to pack light and always appreciate nicer shampoo options.

The location was excellent and the staff friendly . The room was very nice and clean.

The hotel charged us for a coke and a bottled water we did not purchase from the marketplace. It didn¿t add up to much but check your final bill.

From the moment I walked in;  was so very nice, & hard working! Excellent greeting; very professional! She was literally doing several jobs @ once! I told her I'd post it too! The lady deserves a raise; substantial! Want to thank her Brother,  too!

Absolutely nothing! I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone! Phenomenal hotel & staff!

The hotel was nice and clean.

The parking is terrible! You're liable to be a paying guest and not have anywhere to park. Some cars were purposely taking up 2 spaces, that's not fair to other paying customers and the hotel should do something about it.

The rooms were not ready at check in time. We got the wrong room. I asked for two queens got 1 king. The pool was small and paint was chipping off. The front staff didn't know what was going on. I had to keep asking for them to get up and go find out.

Good location for the reason I was there. The front desk were very kind and helpful.

The maid service didn't clean my room as agreed. Had to request twice finally cleaned the room the day before I checked out.

I liked the clean huge rooms.

I didn’t like that they had the pool closed and didn’t tell us when we was booking in and while we was booking in me and my son was talking about going swimming in the pool at least he could of told me. That’s the only reason we was staying there

This was our best hotel experience in recent memory. Clean room, service was very friendly and helpful. The room was a bit larger than usual, and had a sofa. Very comfortable hotel experience - we'll be back!

Easy to find. Recommended Mexican Restaurant for dinner was fabulous. Very quiet even though most rooms were occupied. Breakfast was pretty good. Food was hot and there was plenty of it.

Clean and great staff

Noisy. Lots of outside car noise all night.

Rooms smelled of cleaning chemicals. Had to open window to air out. Pool area was very cold, not sure it was even heated so we did not use pool. One room was close to area being re-tiled. They were working at night so you could here the workers very late.

The room was very spacious, the breakfast was good and the staff was very nice.

Our room door was open when we came back one time.

This hotel seems to be going through a complete remodeling. Our room was finished. It was the best room we have stayed in many years. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets smelled very nice and clean.

The cleanliness of the room and friendliness of the staff was wonderful. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of foods to choose from.

No complaints.
