TV cable channel's you don't get all of them

Night clerk was very nice

Carpet extremely dirty/frayed; room had odor, bugs, window to outside on first floor would not lock (asked day staff to fix but asked again evening clerk and he found a rod to brace it shut, tv did not work, smoke detector cover missing,

Several things, carpet was dirty. Curtains were torn and dirty. No shower in bathroom, walls weren't fully painted.

Carpet was filthy, bugs, old outdated furnitue.

Free Breakfast

Room confirmed was non smoking king. They gave me a double smoking room. The smell was terrible but i could not cancel as no other rooms in the area. TV did not work. Sheets were clean but nothing else was. Dead bugs (and a few live ones) in the room

The staff member at the front desk was excellent.

Room 219 was dirty and had no heat. The staff member at the front desk moved me to 218 which was clean and had a working heating system .

mold on ceiling in shower, sticky carpet through out, no elevator, front desk person moderately uninterested in their job.

The breakfast is really good. The rooms were really clean and the air conditioner work really well.

The bad part was the pool was broken and not open.

hot water ran out in five minutes. front desk staff was very rude and charged for an additional night without even telling me.

Location and staff was friendly.

Extremely strong cigarette smell, carpet and bed sheets had stains. Staff did replace sheets upon request. We went to Walmart and bought room deodorizer to try to make it bearable while in room.

I stay at this hotel everytime I come to town and I can say they are making a huge effort to create a positive experience for the guests. The past few times I have stayed, there are updates and improvements going on and its a very nice place to stay.

The location is relatively convenient, and the breakfast is excellent!

My room was dirty when I checked in. There was trash in the corner and the table had not been wiped off.

Convenient to Centre College, nice pool, good price for the quality.

I have stayed at this establishment many times because it is inexpensive. There have unfortunately been ants in the room, and this time a dirty towel was on the bathroom floor.

Dirty. No remote for tv trash in the hallways

Really did not enjoy anytime spent at the hotel. My kids weren't able to enjoy the water park slides bc it was so over packed. It took all the fun out of it, which was the reason why we spent so much just to bring them there. Very disappointed

No heat (used spaceheater), no working TV

Always at least one problem with room or staff. This time, no coffee and dirty coffee maker. Staff not terribly helpful. However, we had a tornado warning and the guy in charge made breakfast in the middle of the night, which was very nice.
