Comfortable beds, friendly staff, reasonable rates

Not something I disliked but would love to have had a hot tub @ the swimming pool

Room cleanliness, shower water pressure was strong and hot.

Most disappointing breakfast quality at any Holiday Inn Express I have stayed at.

the mattress was very comfortable, and the room was very nice. also a large breakfast selection

the people working there, great bed & bathroom, great breakfasts, overall A+

The staff was all very friendly, the ruins were very clean and overall the breakfast selection was amazing.

The only thing I would recommend is that while the rooms are being cleaned all carts should be on one side. The second day while taking my kids to the pool we had to squeeze between them. Then when leaving with luggage I had to zig zag and move one.

Location and new condition

Room was very noisy, fan in bathroom could not be shut off and was extremely loud. Curtains not dense enough to keep light out from parking lot. Bed and pillows were not very comfortable. Would have expected better sleeping comfort, bed squeaked.

the staff is always friendly and very accommodating. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is awesome! We always like staying here when visiting Danville

Clean and updated rooms with good lighting. Close to a lot of food options

They have nice clean rooms and good breakfast.

The only complaint was the people staying above us were letting some one run and stomp around late at night and all morning.

Beds and pillows were VERY comfortable. The window blind was easy to use and efficiently blocked daylight for sleeping

I was given a handicap room instead of a regular room as my choice.

At 11:02 a man, with no uniform, or name tag knocked on our door. My daughter, assuming it was me opened the door - I was not in the room. She was surprised to find a man she did not know there and was alarmed. He needs a uniform And a name tag

Low cost and convenient to Centre College and other shopping.

Toilet did not flush in selected room. I was moved to another room right next to reception and under the only stairs. Bare bulb for reading light. Gnats in room.

Location

The room was good for a handicap room. The main problem was the bed height. Everything about the room was perfect for handicap or disabled people, however the bed is way to tall for most to get in and out of.

Staff was friendly/helpful, beds very comfortable, breakfast extensive and fresh, room was clean and spacious, temperature easy to control, good wi-fi, far enough off the main road so there was no traffic noise. Fitness center and pool available.

The room service didn¿t make our beds and took all of our towels each day.

Large rooms, super clean, quiet. I always also appreciate the shampoo and soap dispensers, for the environment's sake.
