When we finally checked out!

Outside entry had shady plpe around side entry door that NEVER LOCKED. Hallway & 1st/2nd rms stunk, 1 sm tr can, filthy fridges, broken bathrm knobs stuffed w/toiilet paper, splotchy paint job! No hot breakfast! Never to return‼️

location was the only good thing

The room had a bar on window, I was concerned for my safety, carpet never vacuumed, bathroom filthy, floor unstable cracks, no microwave, refrigerator didn't work, electrical problems, no hot water in shower, no breakfast, some bread & coffee.

Bathroom door didn't work. Toilet was falling into the floor. Air conditioner stank

The room smelled heavily of smoke. 6-8 cigarette burn holes in comforters. The curtains were stained heavily. Multiple holes in the walls. The bath tub had some sort of stains on the edge, We also saw bugs coming out of the drain. The room was sticky.

The room was nearly inhabitable. We tried to book with other hotels but all in this city were sold out for graduation weekend. The bathroom door was broken, and unable to close securely without force. There were stains on the curtains, sheets and carpet.

The hotel staff was on something, we had no towel or washcloth 3 little pillows and one of the workers try to come in our room while we was a sleep and then she asked why we was even in that room and she is the one that put us in that room.

Sick was stopped up no towels or coffee and bed bugs are present

The only good thing was the location.

There was no continental breakfast. The staff at the front desk was rude. The room was filthy. You had to let the water run for 15 minutes to get warm. I would not recommend this hotel.

I killed 2 big mothes in my room. The curtains have holes in them There was no shade on the main light in the room.

Bed was awful!! Like sleeping on boxsprings. Towels were missing No remote in room. Had to go to office for items.

This might be the worst hotel ever stayed in. The whole place reeked of cigarette smoke, things, such as the towel bar were broken in the room. The hot water took a full five minutes to get hot before I could shower. Dirty, crackhouse vibe.

That we only needed the room for 1 night.

The location to the lake.

I was appalled! I could not believe that this room was even available. The listing indicated C this location was newly renovated, including breakfast. Two of the reasons we chose this. Had we not paid in advance, we would have found other accommodations.

Yes, our room was infested with roaches!The door did not latch and it was just overall filthy.

Wasn't much I did like.

I booked a room with 2 beds. When I got there the room was nasty. Toilet looked like a diarrhea bomb and the shower was nasty. I was put into a smaller room with one bed. It took 30 min just to have hot water. NO SMOKE DETECTOR AND THERE WERE ROACHES!

Yes they charged my mother ---$ twice pluse ---$ but they refunded ---$ but they still need to refund ---$ an ---$ an I have sent y'all a email of proff of wat they took out of my mother's bank account
