Pros +
- The housekeeper was the most helpful, friendliest and hardworking of any hotel I've stayed at. She went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed.
- The pool.
- The cleanliness of the room.
Cons -
- Yes you had to go all the way to the front desk to get laundry detergent. It should be accessible near the washer and dryer.
- Hot tub was out of order. No one at the front desk.
- When I came to check in they said I never made a reservation. They had to check twice and never apologized.
