Convenient location, decent clean room, friendly check-in clerk.

Breakfast was bare bones. Coffee truly terrible! ( No decaf coffee available.)

there were tornados in nashville, so i couldnt drive up i65 to bowling green. i had to stay in nashville for the night. they wouldnt refund me.

We took two rooms, both rooms smell smoked. Very bad. You guys did mention that there is children swimming pool but there is not.

Staff were very nice.

Overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. Dirty. Someone else?s used tissue and drinking containers left in room.

Was traveling from out of state pulling a trailer not a lot of parking with a trailer

Leftover food in the fridge.room was next to the main road, very noisy had to have new batteries put in the remote very caromed.

I didn¿t like that it was bugs in our room, room smelled bad and it was air freshener in the vents because of the smell, didn¿t have enough wash rags nor towels had to wait until the staff washed more, staff walked in the room before knocking, etc

They advertise pet friendly. I¿ve stayed in this hotel multiple times with my cat and paid the extra fee to do so. I am clean & mindful. This time, for no reason, halfway through my stay, the desk clerk says I can¿t have a cat there. I had to move hotels

How clean it was.

The noise pollution was horrible. People kept standing outside our window talking loudly at 3am while I was trying to sleep, then constantly hearing sirens and loud cars and trucks pass by.

Location was only thing positive .

It was the dirtiest room I¿ve ever stayed in. Floors were nasty. Sheets were stained. Food and trash under chair and A/C.

We appreciated the details of having tissues in the room.

The room itself had a strange strong odor; had to run the A/C for a few hours to make it bearable.

It was a pretty good experience. The staff seemed to be concerned/helpful with what we needed. It seemed to be kept up/maintained pretty good. We liked the breakfast. Easy access.

Well I already commented about the staff being helpful, and they were, but we did have to ask for things that should have been in place. Noise that kept me awake from some units in front of the room.

It was conveniently located.

First room we checked in to smelled like mold, say that moved us into a different room, non-smoking that smelled like cigarette smoke. The sink faucet aerator was so clogged that water sprayed everywhere but down. Breakfast selection was meager.

Large room, had small sofa, good hot breakfast in the morning.

Near a noisy road.

Not one thing!! Very dirty!!! Noooo pool which i ask for specifically!! Only 2 towels for 4 people. Dirty bedding and no hot breakfast in which i was told should be!!!! Very disappointed!!

Convenient location was helpful; a note for your listings however, the Denny's restaurant is not there any longer, it is a Hardee's instead!

I found the location to be quite noisy, next to a busy side street which had cars going by much of the night.
