Do not stay here. Never services our room, holes in the wall, outdated and too tight to move around. The hotel closes its doors at 7PM Aand I mean locked up with nobody there. Our room key did not work second day and had to call a number on the door.

Yeah the fact that u had o clean towels and it was dirty it is not safe it is dirty the most dirtiest place I've ever stayed

Absolutely nothing.

This was the worse hotel experience I have ever experienced. The room was absolutely filthy. Cigarette burns on the bedspread. The bedspread also looked like it had not been washed in quite some time. The pillows were also disgusting. I did not stay.

The staff members are great to work with.

Lots of sketchy characters around. Rampant drug activity. NOT a safe place for children.

No soap...limited wash cloths & towels

Weird front desk hours. Service is only once a week for things even like soap, etc. Have to track down front desk to get supplies. There is nothing in the kitchen--pots, pans, glasses, etc. Not even coffee maker. No Kleenex. Overall, really strangely run.

Location and cleanliness

No coffee or coffeepot. No dishes. No staff in office upon arrival. Waited 10 minutes to checkin.

the room was smelling smock a lot and the bed was not really confortable. The noise of the fridge was annoying to sleep.

The staff was real nice but neglected to say no one available at the desk after 9:00 pm.

Carpet stained and dirty, television didn't work. That is how I found out no one in the office after 9:00 pm.

It had a good location for our purposes and it was available for the Eclipse

The entire hotel was dirty and poorly maintained. It needed a lot of work, items were broken everywhere. Our room had not been swept, there were glass rings on most of the furniture and there was malfunctioning TV reception. It was a bad experience.

Me and my wife made a reservation for a non smoking room, but when we got there to check in, the clerk told us that it wasn't any more non smoking rooms available!so we canceled our reservation there and went to another hotel and got aa room.

Convenience to where we were going.

Rooms were dated, needed painting, but we were told they were under a remodel so hopefully all rooms will be completed. The mattresses has plastic coverings on them so they made lots of noise.

That there was no where to drop off keys if leaving before checkout date, the hallways smelled, too much police activity, and I paid too much for the way the rooms were and my reservation was messed up

Hostess was nice and helpful.

Hostess gave me a security ph # to call if there were their a need. At 5:15 am I was awaken by very loud music outside my window. I called security without answer, and msg that VM was full. Sheets were not washed from previous occupant.Terrible experience

The size of the room was great, it was what I expected

The room was very dirty as far as the walls and dust everywhere. There was spider nests and webs strung in all the corners. It looked as though they just needed wiped down. There was also strange smells in the hallways, probably from all the constructi

I called ahead of time and was told there was adequate trailer parking. There was not!! I was told by the front desk to park my truck & trailer in a lot across the street that was not owned by the hotel. Also, shady people living in the hotel.

Location was close.

Rooms were run down and not very clean. No elevator.

Nice staff

Not being told about no oven or explained how to use timer for stove. Not having tv guide or channel guide in room. Child in room above outs running back and forth till midnight.
