Baymont by Wyndham Albany

Location was perfect. Very friendly syaff.

Same breakfast foods every day.

The room was clean.

The hostess wasn’t very helpful with finding a place to dine. This location is in the middle of nowhere so they need to provide better recommendations for patrons to locate restaurants. The mattress was awful. There was also no elevator. We had to haul our luggage up to the 2nd floor. This would have been very difficult for an older person or someone with disabilities.

The hotel was comfortable and clean, good location for what i needed. Not a whole lot around, but it worked.

The toilet seat in our bathroom did not fit the toilet, so it slipped back and forth. Manager tried fixing it, however it just needs a new seat.

Hotel was very nice, well maintained, appearently newer. Over all a very comfortable one night stay. We arrived after dark so glad it was easy to find, in a quiet area right off the road. Address of Snow or Albany was confusing for GPS.

No southern hospitality. The girl at check-in was non-communicative, checked us in, handed us the key, said nothing and left us to figure the rest out on our own. Breakfast was sub-par but they DO have Golden Waffle mix for waffles. Bed squishy, wobbly.
