This hotel was great! The room and hotel were beautiful. We really liked the water pressure in the shower and that there was a shower wand. The beds were actually comfortable, as compared to most hotels you go to. The staff was very friendly.

Very clean and friendly staff for check in. The classy restaurant downstairs for my wife and I and the kid loved the light ambiance in the room. Very good on attention to detail and pleased with overall stay. Great job and excellent experience we will be back for. Thanks for caring it shows. The bar tender made the absolute best drinks complimenting balance and its finest.
The king bed barley seemed bigger than the queen In the double room.

Comfortable bed, effective (mid-June) and unusually quiet climate control, adequate (but not extraordinary) choice of in-room TV. The shower deserves a special mention, not sure how they managed such effect with the usual 2.5 GPM limit. Very nice, expansive indoors-outdoors swimming pool, worthy by itself of bringing some guests in for an hour or two.
The bathroom washbasin drained very very slowly, which is a glitch not expected at a facility such as this. Ice machines are on the odd floors only. No hot tub! Pet peeve, the room has no microwave so no popping popcorn for TV movies.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was extremely clean. We had dinner and breakfast the next morning and ALL restaurant staff was very helpful and courteous. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.
The only thing that isn¿t right is the $20 hold on my credit card has been there for three days since we checked out. It doesn¿t take 3 days to verify that the room was not damaged or anything had been removed not belonging to us.

The room was clean
The AC didn't work very well. The room was hot and humid. Every half hour or so there was a loud banging in the room it sounded like some type of equipment cycling. It woke us up every time it cycled. Suffice it to say we didn't get a good nights rest
