Easy check-in, staff was nice. Our room was clean and very nice.

The room is roomy and cleaned, nice.

Not enough pillows that support your back and the pillows go flat I had a lot of uncomfort from the pillows. The shower and head in the bathroom was very uncomfortable, it was not working properly, the water was not hot it was warm turn to cool water, I like hot showers. And when you get out the shower is very cold in the bathroom.It was a very uncomfortable weekend with a lot of noise going on,and couldn't sleep..?

Clean, nicely decorated rooms. Dog friendly. Friendly staff. Great airconditiong. Great shower and bathroom. Comfortable bed and sofa. Nicely appointed suite. Close to many restaurants.

Workout room and pool smaller than expected for the property. Strange noises at night. Sounded like dumpsters being emptied or someone rolling carts above us. Made our dog nervous. Went on for hours. Could have been from property behind us. Not sure.

Breakfast was excellent! Hotel was very clean and friendly!

The location was good, but kind of hard to get into hotel since it's on a one way.

We liked the layout of the room. Breakfast was great. Beautiful hotel for sure!

The only criticism of the room would be the bathroom door is located adjacent to the beds & with a frosted door. It glows when someone has the light on & the barn door doesn't like to shut well. If it was just my husband & I, it would have been fine. But with the grandkids, we needed a little more privacy. The pool & hottub were a little smaller than the pictures lead you to believe.

Size of the room. Cleanliness. Location. Quiet rooms. Living area was decent sized. Nice breakfast. Easy parking.

The bathroom is in the middle of the room, between the two queen beds. So when someone had to use bathroom, others were getting disturbed. Also there is a small gap through the bathroom door and if you look at a certain angle you could see people on potty chair.

Location is good

We were told the pool was open and would be available at 10AM - we even called before booking and they said it was open and then we waited till 10 and they said it was closed for cleaning and it would take several hours and check outs at noon.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were very nice. Even with COVID restrictions, the breakfast was done well. They had some grab and go cold items, but also offered a hot breakfast to go. We were pleased with our stay.

They did not have any pool towels the night we went swimming. When I asked the front desk he said the hotel was completely out of towels of any kind until the next morning when housekeeping arrived. Later that night they did end up having more towels for the rooms but that was inconvenient for the pool.

Clean well kept property. Staff friendly and breakfast was pretty good. Left us alone during stay as we didn't want cleaning services while we were there. Clean towel when we wanted. Easy parking.

The temp outside was very cold, heater by the window and the thermostat by the door which made for some variable temperature changes in room. Would go from hot to cold as the heater came on.
